GHOST VERSUS GHOST PRODUCTIONS

We are proud to announce the formation of GHOST VERSUS GHOST PRODUCTIONS. The brainchild of Kris Tearse and Christopher J. Herbert, GVGP is dedicated to the production of entertaining, great quality feature films.

 

Kris Tearse (Writer/Actor – ‘Zombie Undead’) and Christopher J. Herbert (Actor – ‘Zombie Undead’, ’43 Pounds’) have put together a slate of projects for development, the first of which is psychological horror movie ‘THE DESOLATION’.

 

In the best tradition of horror, ‘The Desolation’ is a dark and unnerving examination of the lines between sanity and madness. ‘A former psychiatric patient recuperates with friends in an isolated cottage when supposedly supernatural happenings cause him to question his sanity.’

 

GVGP is currently pulling together the funding to fully develop ‘The Desolation’ and put it into production.

Showreel

One thing an actor needs is a showreel, especially if you’re reasonably new to the whole malarky. I’m lucky in the fact that I have my first feature film appearance coming to DVD soon (Zombie Undead), & I’m filming my second at the moment. With 2 films to choose from, I’ve got plenty of footage from which to choose from, luckily.

Very soon I’ll get my showreel completed & up on here. It’s pretty exciting, to be honest, I’ll look forward to hearing what people think :)

Zombie Undead

With ‘Zombie Undead’ heading to DVD on 30th May 2011 (in the UK at least), I can’t help but get a little nervous. This little film, made over a couple of years by a group of people dedicated to creating something, is actually going to be seen by others. I’m not sure about the others involved, but this never really crossed my mind whilst we were making it. Not that I think I’d have done anything different.

Rhys Davies (Director) & Kris Tearse (writer) have become good friends whilst we were filming, people who I’d not really known before I got involved. Since we completed Zombie Undead, I’ve moved on to be the lead of Rhys’ next project (43 Pounds) and formed a production company with Kris (Ghost Versus Ghost Productions). My life has changed quite a bit…..gets you thinking…..
